Fair Rigg is a delightfully luxurious and relaxing Edwardian Lakeland home offering high quality bed and breakfast accommodation overlooking beautiful Lake Windermere. The guest house is ideally located on the B5285 between the Windermere Ferry crossing and Hawkshead, offering guests easy access to Lake Windermere, Bowness and Beatrix Potter country.
Relax in our elegant, light and airy breakfast room which offers superb views over the waters of Windermere. For those of you with a hearty appetite try our traditional Aga-cooked full English breakfast! We offer three distinctive double rooms, all with en-suite facilities and two with views across to Lake Windermere. All bedrooms have bottled mineral water, and tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk supplied daily. Satellite televisions and bedside radios also feature in every room. Luxurious towels and toiletries are supplied and hairdryers are also available.
For the comfort of all, we are a non-smoking property and regretfully we cannot accept pets.

From junction 36, M6 follow the signs towards Windermere and then towards Hawkshead (via ferry). As you drive off the car ferry Fair Rigg at Far Sawrey is less than 2 minutes up hill and is the first residential property on the left.
