This delightful detached traditional Lakeland stone cottage overlooks the lovely hills and valleys around Kendal from its private sunny garden and patio. It is the perfect base for exploring the Lakes, Yorkshire Dales, and Morecambe bay. There are a huge range of visitor attractions on offer. The picturesque market town of Kendal with its attractive buildings and interesting shops, art gallery, museums and leisure centre is the bustling southern gateway to the Lake District. Windermere - 9 miles where you can take a trip on a steamer.The cottage has been skillfully renovated whilst maintaining it's original character and is tastefully furnished and well equipped.Parkside Lodge provides a very comfortable accommodation of a very high standard, and makes an ideal place to spend a pleasant holiday away from the crowds, yet it only 20 minutes walk into the centre of Kendal.
