Welcome to our special place in the Lake District. We have tried to make Limepots a real home from home with a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The house is light and spacious and retains a warm, cosy, homely feel whilst still being equipped to a very high standard with all modern kitchen appliances, TV, DVD and free view satellite channels.
All of our rooms have full central heating with the additional benefit of a lovely open fire in the lounge. The dining room and sun room at the rear of the property catch the full morning sun, are an ideal setting for breakfast and will get your day off to a good start. For evenings in and the odd rainy day you will find a good selection of books, magazines, board games and DVDs.
There is private off-street parking for two vehicles, plus a lockable garage for cars and bikes. The house has a small garden to the front and private garden with patio area to the rear of the property. Limepots is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with only a 5-minute level walk to the centre of town.

Directions to Limepots
From the M6 motorway, take the Penrith junction and head West on the A66. Follow the road for approximately 15 miles. Ignore the first turning into Keswick and continue to the large roundabout. Turn left towards Keswick down Crosthwaite Road. Continue along the road, past the river and just before the t-junction at the end of the road turn right on to Limepots Road. The property is 30 yards on your right and you can park on the private driveway
