We are situated in The Lake District National Park with scenic views of Bassenthwaite Lake, Skiddaw Mountain & Whinlatter Forest. Well behaved dogs welcome. Ideal area for walking, cycling, photography or just sitting!

Leave the Motorway M6 at Junction 40 (Penrith)
Take the A66 Westwards towards Keswick.
Don't go into Keswick. Stay on the by-pass to the Roundabout outside Keswick.
Take the exit signed Carlisle A591 north
Drive alongside Bassenthwaite Lake, past The Castle Inn Hotel, to the next crossroads at Bewaldeth.
Turn Left signed Isel & Sunderland.
We are the first farm on the Left.
Drive in front of the bungalow & into our farmyard.
