Welcome to Sandhills Farm, a luxury Bed and Breakfast near Keswick in the Lake District. The guest rooms have been converted from an adjoining barn and have been renovated to the highest quality.
Sandhills is working farm with its farmland on the shores of Bassenthwaite Lake so the location is idyllic for visitors to the Lakes.
Many walks can be started from the farm including Dodd Wood, Ullock Pike and Skiddaw and we are also on a good bus route.
We are a only a short walk away from St Begas Church and local historic house Mirehouse as well as the Osprey Viewing Point.

Directions to Sandhills Farm
Sandhills Farm is approximately 4 miles from Keswick towards Bassenthwaite. Take the A591 until you see historical Mirehouse and the farm is the next left.
If heading from Carlisle turn left at Bothel onto A591 and we are approx 7 miles on the right hand side.
