Dating from the mid 1800's, this superbly-equipped holiday cottage for two people has been entirely renovated this year and the charming Lake District character combined with modern touches will exceed your expectations.

Take M6 Junction 36 then A590 to Lake District.
Once in Ambleside follow the one-way road round until Gaynor Sports is on your right and the Salutation Hotel and Spa is on your left. Barclays is in front of you.
Proceed between Barclays and the Thai restaurant. At the back of Barclays, Stockghyll Lane meets Cheapside, and a pedestrian path leads uphill.
10 yards along the path is Gale Hill Cottage, the first white cottage on your right.
