Delightful 3 bedroomed cottage (sleeps 2-8) with open fire "by a stream with ducks" in picturesque Bassenthwaite Village. Deligthful setting for old-fashioned style family holidays, with farm animals, country walks, and village green for ball games, but still close to Keswick for further entertainment.
One en-suite large family bedroom for 4, and further bathroom with shower over the bath.
Cottage with oak beams and log fire, superb large lounge and large fitted kitchen with farmhouse table seating up to 10.

Lovely walks down country lanes just from the door, to waterfalls, mountains, lakes.
A couple of mins stroll to the village inn where food is available.
