By farm and stream in picturesque Bassenthwaite Village - this delightful spacious 4 bedroomed cottage sleeps 6-8 in 4 bedrooms. Super log fire - comfy sofas, oak beams large well-equipped kitchen. _optional adjoining Studio for 2 -3.
Ideally situated for walking down country lanes, hills, or mountains, and visiting Keswick and further lakes. Excellent nearby pub. Childen (and young at heart adults!) will enjoy feeding the ducks, and seeing the farmyard animals. Playing pooh-sticks and catching minnows in the stream.

£250 - £695 per week depending on time of year and number of people. Short breaks available off £50 per night mid week - Min 3 nights)
£200-£250 weekend breaks.
Directions to Brook House
Take junction 40 off the M6 and continue on the A66 towards Keswick (15 miles). DO NOT TURN OFF INTO KESWICK TOWN CENTRE, Take very last turning off the roundabout on edge of Keswick
The last turn off the roundabout is signposted for Carlisle. Travel only 6 miles (Twisty road) from here then turn off to Bassenthwaite Village. Half a mile from this road you reach the village. We are on the far side of this small village by the streamWell - signed "Brook House Cottage Holidays" (We are a village farm)
