Set in the farming village of Moorhouse just 4 miles West of Carlisle. Low Moorhouse Cottage dates back to the 19th Century. This ground floor mid-terrace property with exposed beams and cosy feel is located on a working cattle farm along side the owner’s cottage.
The village of Moorhouse is just 10 minutes drive from the bustle of the historic city of Carlisle with the medieval castle, cathedral and Tullie House Museum to keep you busy. With the Lake District and Eden Valley just 30 minutes away you can be rambling in the mountains and lakes in no time at all. With a traditional village pub serving local ales and traditional food the village is the perfect base for those seeking accommodation in a peaceful and quiet location.
