Situated on the banks if the River Lune with views and walking to Tebay fells and Howgills makes this an ideal location for those seeking a refreshing break at any time of the year. Tebay is just off the M6 motorway between Penrith and Kendal, a good base to visit the dales or lakes. Brockholes is 2 miles south of Tebay and is approached over a 1-mile single track over fields.
The former sheep farm has been converted by craftsmen using local materials to provide 2 Lakeland stone holiday cottages that have been traditionally furnished and well equipped to a high standard. Both cottages have ample parking and superb views.
