Newlands Farm
Newlands farm house dates back to th 16th century and is a former Bastle House which has been sympathetically restored retaining its charm and character to provide a costy traditional cottage.
Situated in an elevated position at Bolton Fell End 1 mile from Heathersgill with superb views in all directions the cottage is 9 miles North East of Carlisle in an area of outstanding countryside.
The Cottage is centrally heated and comprises: Lounge with open fire, colour TV, video and DVD player. Dining room with open fire. Kitchen fully equipped with electric oven/hob, fridge washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Single bedroom with adjacent cloakroom.
First floor: Double bedroom with brass bed and en-suite bathroom with hand basin and WC. Triple bedroom with double antique victorian pine bed and single bed, en-suite shower room with wash hand basin and WC. Twin bedroon with 2'6" beds and en-suite shower room with wash hand basin and WC.
All electric, oil, initial supply of logs, bed linen and towels provided. Cot available. Private parking for 4 cars. Large lawned garden with open views.
