Threeways is a spacious two floor apartment in the heart of Keswick, with its own private parking space. It is situated above a local outdoor shop with views towards the Coledale Horseshoe and Skiddaw range.
Threeways, re-carpeted and decorated throughout in 2006, sleeps 6 people in three bedrooms - one double and two twin rooms. There is a large family bathroom on the upper floor and a shower room with wc on the lower floor. The fully fitted kitchen opens onto the large dining room and lounge where there is a colour television, DVD and CD players, books and board games. Threeways is a non-smoking property but we are happy to welcome one medium-sized dog, by arrangement.
The property is situated only 2 minutes walk from the town square and 10 minutes walk from Derwentwater. There are shops, restaurants, galleries, caf?s, a Saturday market, cinema, theatre and much more. The local parks are 5 minutes walk and incorporate the cricket ground, football field, tennis courts (grass and clay), crown green bowling, putting and a play area for the kids. Though Keswick is an exciting market town there are many places where you can enjoy the serenity of the Lake District.

Directions to Threeways
Threeways is situated in Keswick town centre, two minutes walk from the town square.
From the A66 and Penrith: Go past the first turning into Keswick, over the bridge and down to the large roundabout. Turn left into Keswick and continue down Crosthwaite Road. When you reach the T-junction turn left towards the town centre. When you reach the (very) small roundabout turn right onto Tithebarn Street. Continue on the road and when you get round the corner turn immediately left into a courtyard area. The parking space is on your left and marked Flat 9B. The property is up the stairs in front of you.
