Lakeview is situated in the tranquil village of Portinscale, one mile West of Keswick. It benefits from an elevated aspect and enjoys views of lake and fells.
The house offers beautifully appointed rooms - two double and one twin room all have ensuite facilities, tv/dvd, clock/radio and hospitality tray with Catherine's homemade biscuits or cake. Beautiful Edwardian fireplaces adorn all rooms and the living room is the place to curl upand enjoy the open fire after a wonderful dinner cooked by Catherine.
Only a miles walk will take you into Keswick or half a mile to the nearest jetty where regular launches will take you around Derwentwater.
