If you are travelling by car from the South, come off the M6 at junction 36 (signposted South Lakes). Follow the Windermere signs along the A591. On entering Windermere you will see the Windermere Hotel on your right. Go on for approximately 150 yards and take the second turning on the left into Elleray Road. The entrance to The Cottage Guest House car park can be found on your left approximately 100 yards ahead
