Orton Hall - the Cromwell Suite
A luxury self catering suite in a Grade II listed 17th Century Jacobean mansion set in 7 acres of private grounds.
The suite is suitable for 2 adults.
Created from a part of the ground floor of the original building overlooking the front gardens, the suite has recently been fully refurbished whilst still retaining a number of period features such as the feature fire surround, high ceilings and large windows.
The comfortable accommodation includes a leather suite, widescreen TV, DVD player & CD based Hi-Fi (together with a small library of DVD films and music CDs). The kitchen is fully fitted with ceramic hob and fan oven plus microwave. The ensuite bedroom has a king size bed plus built in wardrobes.
In addition to the suite all guests have the usage of the Wood Panelled Great Hall with its comfortable seating and a Pool/Snooker Table together with all the grounds including an area of woodland
Orton Hall is a perfect place for a relaxing stay either for a short break or a longer holiday
We are within a few minutes walk of the village of Orton with its friendly local pub/hotel, historic church, and the world famous Kennedys Chocolate factory and Tea Room. If you are staying with us on the 2nd Saturday of the month then you can visit the famous Farmers Market which is held in the village
