Little Parrock

Situated approximately two thirds of a mile from the heart of Grasmere village Little Parrock is a beautiful Victorian lakeland stone house standing alone in meadows with stunning views of the surrounding fells. The house is an ideal base for a number of activites including walking, climbing, cycling and fishing or just for exploring the stunning countryside in the heart of the lake district.
The interior of the house has been very tastefully modernised and furnished to the highest standard whilst retaining a wealth of period features including open fires. The house sleeps 10 plus cot and is ideal for two families, walking groups and large family gatherings.
There is a large private garden, and a large garage in addition to a large parking area on the drive.
Pets and children are most welcome.

Directions to Little Parrock
From the south leave the M6 motorway at junction 36. Drive through the lake district passing Windemere, Ambleside and Rydal. After Rydal you will come to a small roundabout. Turn left here and drive through Grasmere village. Take the third road on your left - Easedale Road. Follow this road for 2/3 of a mile and you will come to a large meadow. Little Parrock is the large Victorian house on your right at the end of the meadow.
From the north leave the M6 at junction 40. Follow the A66 towards Keswick. After about 15 miles turn left on a slip road to Keswick. At the second T junction turn left up the hill signed to Windemere. Follow this road past Thirlmere and keep going. Ignore any signs to Grasmere until you come to a small roundabout.Turn left here (signed Grasmere) and drive through Grasmere village. Easedale Road is the third road on the right.
