A pretty Victorian house built in the 1890's from local slate retaining many of its original features, Ivy Bank is on a quiet road away from main thoroughfares and is within a few minutes walk of the railway station, coach stop and village centre.
All bedrooms are en suite and have colour TV, tea/coffee/hot chocolate making facilities, hair dryer, radio/alarm, electric fan and central heating. The resident?s lounge has a good selection of books, guides, and children?s games. There is a private car park and storage for bikes.
Within thirty minutes walk from Ivy Bank there are several excellent viewpoints, the lakeshore and tumbling waterfalls.
