Bank House Farm is situated amongst the splendour of the North Lakeland hills.
This idyllic location overlooks the small hamlet of Matterdale End with panoramic views towards Gowbarrow and the Ullswater Fells.
The farmhouse was built during the 1850's from local stone and slate and provides a comfortable ambience where you can relax and feel at home.
Guests are warmly welcomed into are home to share for a short time the peace and tranquility this haven has to offer.
We have 3 guest rooms, all are en-suite with tv and tea and coffee making facilities.
We have 2 double (one with a four poster) and 1 twin.
There is a guests' lounge and a separate dining room .
