Hollin Root Farm is a typical Lakeland farmhouse situated 3 miles out of Kendal, just off the A6.
We have a Double/Triple/Family room on the ground floor room with en-suite facilities. The room is decorated to a high standard, has tea/coffee making facilities and colour TV.
Perfect for exploring the Lake District ( Lake Windermere is only 8 miles away ) or the Yorkshire Dales. Popular as a stopover between England and Scotland.

Directions to Hollin Root Farm
Come off at Junction 36 of the M6. Proceed into Kendal town centre and pick up the A6 going North ( Shap/Penrith ). Follow the A6 for exactly 3 miles and turn left at sign for Garth Row. Proceed down tiny country lane for exactly 1/2 (half) a mile and Hollin Root Farm will be on your left ( after a tiny crossroads ).
