Orchard House is a detached country dwelling set within three quarters of an acre of mature gardens. Set in a rural location just two miles from Bassenthwaite Lake we are ideally situated for exploring the north and western lakes and mountains. The market towns of Keswick and Cockermouth are within easy reach and the coastal towns of Maryport and Whitehaven are just a short drive away.

From Keswick travel west on the A66. After the end of the dual carriage-way travel for another 1.5 miles and turn right, signposted Embleton. At next junction bear left. the Wheatsheaf Inn is on your right. Travel 400 yards and Orchard House is on your right.
